No. Skunks are actually pretty peaceful. If you don't frighten them, then don't spray.

Yeah. Hard to describe, especially since I'm not a big mayo fan in general. I think it's better than American mayo, but again, not a huge fan in general.

I've usually had it on takoyaki or okonomiyaki, but I like both of those better without it.
