Looks like a cherry tomato with either a bindweed or morning glory crawling up through it.

Definitely two different plants there.

I know there's a morning glory and bull thistle in there but I had never seen a cherry tomato that looks like that.

I don't know what variety yours is supposed to be but here is a site that shows some cherry tomatoes along with regular sized tomatoes.
