"Tayl - Trixie. My name is Trixie," she stated, watching Charlie's lanky figure. "I think that I should - " Trixie was interrupted by the chaotic explosion of gunshots. She cried out, a hand falling to the knife at her hip.
Charlie cursed at the noise, wondering where the shooting was coming from.
Worried for Trixie's safety, he quickly looked around to find any place that would be good for hiding until he could determine what was going on. There was an alley that nobody inhabited, and anybody with experience with guns would know that shooting in a place like that could definitely be a death sentence.
"Hey, hide in there, now." He instructed to Trixie, getting closer to her so she could actually hear what he was saying and gesturing to the alley.

Devine thought over her words, intrigued, at first, by them. "Yes, but I failed to do that which I promised to, and not it has become my duty to make things right, even if that means I must lose my life to fix my wrongs." He replied, his words so emotionless that no one would know the weight the matter burdened his heart with.
"Well, perhaps I disagree with that, but that doesn't really matter at all. It's your life, so you can do whatever you want and it's none of my business. And perhaps it will work out well for you." Aya told him with a slightly crooked smile.
"So, is that all you have to ask me? Because I would not want to take up too much of your time." Aya asked him politely, which was basically her own way of possibly getting out of an awkward situation.

(Wow lots went on in the past ten hours.
(Yeah, ok. Also will they contact Jaxson to bring Artemis to be executed, or how will we incorporate him?)

(They'll probably just contact him to bring Artemis.)
(If it's fine with you two...)

A worker on his way from the execution room called out when he noticed the guard. "Hey, you," the man said, stopping in front of Jaxson. He held up a small rectangular image of Artemis. "I've got orders to order you to have this woman taken to Level 03 (is that where the execution room would be located? I'm assuming so, since I'm the description, it said no one taken to that level returned)," he said gruffly.
Jaxson glanced at the picture then to the man, a slightly puzzled look on his face. "I'll bring her up ASAP," he said slowly. He turned and set off at a casual pace, but as soon as he turned the corner, he broke into a jog. Level 03. That was very bad news. Han must of already been through the report and checked everything. Jaxson stopped at the elevator to catch his breath and think. Yes, Artemis lied to Han. That was obvious. But if she had told Mythe the truth, then many people, some probably innocent, would be killed. And so she lied, and now she was to be killed. Was that really a necessary punishment? Where did the CMI think they would get with all the killings? He paced from wall to wall, thinking hard of what to do. He didn't want her to die, or anyone for that matter, but in order for her to live, something had to be done fast.
He finally stepped onto the elevator with a plan in mind. It was risky, for both him and her, but it was all he had time to think up now. He headed up to Level 02 and set off for Vanessa's office. She had given him a key a long time ago, and he had never given it back, so getting in wouldn't be hard at all. And thanks to Vanessa's obsession with labeling, finding what he needed would be quick and easy.

(If something's off, tell me and I'll change it.)

(Yes, please continue it RIGHT NOW. Ms. Run Wild doesn't have "Run" in her name for nothing.)

Jaxson capped the syringe of propofol and stuck it in his pocket, then locked the door behind him as he left the office. The hallway to the elevator being empty, he was sorely tempted to run but he couldn't risk being caught on camera. No, a walk would have to do. He went over his rather flimsy plan as he went down the elevator and to the cells.
Timing wasn't really necessary, thankfully, but he did need to hurry so he would have time to tell Artemis what was happening and make sure she was good with it. After all, this was her life on the line here. Half of him wanted to run into his sister and have her help, but that would be too dangerous, dragging a third party in; as well as inconsiderate, putting Vanessa's life in danger with them, though she likely wouldn't see it that way.
Stopping at cell 13's doorway, he cleared his throat to get Artemis' attention before entering.

Brooklyn couldn't keep herself from moaning as she tried to clean her wound, dealing with pain alone as she had always done. She leaned against the wall feeling suddenly faint.
Simeon rushed to the outside of the door and asked concernedly "Are you ok? Do you want pain killers? Bandages?" He cursed under his breath, sorry for what he had done.

Charlie cursed at the noise, wondering where the shooting was coming from.

Trixie narrowed her eyes. She didn't particularly like hiding. But she could see that Charlie as worried - for her? - and decided to follow his lead. "You're the boss," she whispered shakily.
