"That doesn't mean we have to contribute to it, to the blood, in hope that someday, for some odd reason, we are able to overthrow the most powerful people in this country." Aya said softly. "Well, maybe you're right. But...Why drag me into it? Why not just ask for help from your boss, or...Any other person that encounters you on the street? I mean, I don't see why I would be cut out for any of this."

Thanks dear. I'll do another one before I go to sleep.)
Vanessa gasped softly; she had expected as much, but didn't think he would actually confess to it. She sunk slowly into the corner of the couch nearest him and stared at him with a look that said, "Why?"Quote:

(thanks(I enjoyed your last postGoodnight!)
(I'm making it the next day for V & J so they're on the same time as the girls now. After this, I'm going to go find Artemis' last post)
(*The following afternoonJaxson fingered the thin piece of paper carefully, flipping it over gently as if doing so would reveal a secret message on the blank side. Eighteen hours into this rest period and he was already bored out of his mind. And as Vanessa well knew, boredom never sat well with him, usually resulting in something reckless.
He stuck the torn paper in his book to hold the spot then returned the book to its place at the back of his nightstand drawer. It wasn't necessary to look time and time again at the paper, as he had memorized the address on it, but he just liked to. Really, it should be thrown away before Vanessa could find it but he couldn't bring himself to do that. It felt almost like betraying her, discarding the last string to then.
A thought now came to mind. Reckless, probably. He checked his watch, determining that he had a few hours till Vanessa would be back and therefore it couldn't hurt as long as no one saw him who knew him. Surely no one over there besides her knew him.
(Aha! Found ya!)"No, that's fine." Artemis went to the sink. She filled the sink with warm water, cleaning the dishes with it in silence.
(I'm not talking about Artemis here(Ok. How did he find the address of where she is? Just curious)
