that's fun! all i've done is hang a wreath and light the advent wreath. I need to wait for the rest of my family before we can put up the tree

Nice! Christmas stuff is put up asap after Thanksgiving.

Sorry, I don't do Christmas. And I've never understood the appeal of these weird calendar things...

We usually decorate our Christmas tree on Christmas day, and our Christmas lights go up during Advent.
We don't usually have Christmas decorations during Advent, just mostly purple cloths and Nativities.
Then the actual decotations will go up after and on Dec 25
