The stay-at-home crap has finally affected me. I've officially gone completely insane.

I don't have an incubator. I've never incubated eggs. Broody hens have always done the job for me.

I currently don't have any roosters. Still waiting on those perfect guys. I'm extremely picky. Mr. Overo hates it... Anyhow, I cracked an egg from the newest pullet I bought and noticed it was fertile. I completely forgot she was in with a cockerel (black mottled) before I bought her.

Now here comes the insane part. Go easy on me...

I stuffed two of her eggs in my bra. For the first time in forever I have no broodies and actually need one. Go figure.

I have erm.... ample "chest incubators". Should I try to go through with this and hope one of the girls goes broody? Should I just take them out and forget it? This will be night 2 for Boobegg 1 and night 1 for Boobegg 2.

Thoughts/suggestions? I'd post in the hatching/incubating forum but I'm not exactly proud of myself and this is my home lol. If y'all think I should post there I will consider it. :lau

First off, you are not crazy for boobcubating, you’re just crazy for chicks! Right? However, if I were to do that, I believe I’d be crazy after 3 weeks. That’s an fn looooong time to have something stuffed between your boobs, much less something as fragile as an egg. I keep my chapstick and my phone to the side if I have no pockets, but I’m not sure I’d like something stuffed in the boob crack. ;)

Now I do believe you should go ahead and purchase an early Mother’s Day gift. You, my friend, NEED a real, electric incubator. I think you’d be so much happier in the long run, and then, and then, you could put MORE eggs in that thing. :yesss: :weeJust do it!

And yeah, I’d stick to sharing that kind of stuff with family only. Those other people don’t really know you...like we do!:love
