Peanutbutter Cookies

1C. Butter
1C. Brown Sugar (202g)
1C. Granulated Sugar (198g)
1C. Peanut Butter (270g)
2 Eggs
2t. Baking soda
½t. Salt
3C flour (375g)
Cream together Butter, brown sugar, Granulated sugar & eggs. Stir in peanut butter. Sift together the dry ingredients. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, stir. Form dough into balls and smash with fork dipped in granulated sugar.

Bake 20-25 minutes at 300F until lightly browned on top.

Today my pastors family came by and delivered some tacos, corn, and fruit for me at lunch time. My chickens got the corn, and fruit.
