I am on the age old rat tirade again .. Have a small garden in tires put them up so don't have to bend. I have 4 tomato 2 early girl and 2 roma Damn rat stole my best green roma took one bite dropped it

21 years ago? Wow, feels like yesterday. Where were you and what were you doing when you first heard? I was getting ready for work when my x's mother called to tell us to turn on the news.

I was still sleeping when the first plane hit. I lost friends in the South tower, we had a DC in the basement

We were in the Catskills at a friend's home preparing to take a train trip into Canada when his son rushed into the house and gave us the news. We spent most of the day in front of the television - lots of tears were shed. The next day, plans cancelled, the Princess and I headed home taking all minor roads. We were uplifted by the number of flags on display. I remember the day well.

I was having coffee and getting ready for work. I must have seen it on tv downstairs but the image I remember was on the upstairs tv, because DH was still sleeping and I ran up to tell him and turn the bedroom tv on. That may have been where I saw the second tower get hit.

TV had me glued to it. Took dogs got on plane.
