I believe y'all jinxed me. Princess was tired of my cooking so we went out to a seafood place tonight. Apparently they have gone in a Mexican bent. Every dish that sounded good to me contained avocado. I ended up with a grilled Mahi bowl with rice, black beans, and salsa.

Mahi is my favorite!
I made Mahi Mahi tacos with cabbage, mango pico de gallo and avocados from Mexico yesterday.
I could eat them everyday.
