Mahi is my favorite!
I made Mahi Mahi tacos with cabbage, mango pico de gallo and avocados from Mexico yesterday.
I could eat them everyday.

Avocados from Mexico? I am a big fan of avocados....mid-summer if I can't get to the store I'll get some from a neighbor. Heck, down between Mc Allen and Brownsville they have coconuts!
You could also go fishing and catch some Dorado (Mahi) or even yellowfin tuna (Ahi)!

Wally World went up on their avocados, 98cents each for med size. $5.47 for 3 large organic, $5.47 for 8 small organic. <sigh>
Had some in my chicken tortilla soup, last night, the ones I got for 48cents each med size.
