Yes they are, both. An American Hairless Terrier is a bald Rat Terrier. I think it was in the 60s a breeder had a Rat show up with a genetic "oops" and was able to stabilize it. There's a coated AHT which confuses me a bit. Sounds like a Rat Terrier to me, but it can still throw bald babies.I think Trims are American hairless terrier? Or rat terrier?

  the Decker isn’t really a breed though just a line of larger ones and strong hunting instincts but still. Also speaking of lines, wouldn’t these breed have been highly inbred? Since they came from the same few dogs and even bred siblings together at first??
