We were hot her yesterday and the day before.
We go into a cooling pattern now. it is supposed to be 83F and then down into the 70s for high temperatures
 
Thanks. It’s got dried cranberries, soaked in orange juice along with chillies running through the sausage meat and a layer of mushrooms, roasted red and yellow pepper creating the layers.
:drool I haven't made a terrine yet but so want to. I love mushrooms and veggies Sweet peppers and onions and garlic. Leaning toward vegetarian lately. Yes gelatin is not Vegetarian but made with Chicken stock would be a yummy binder.

Is it hard to make?
from all the videos I have seen it doesnt seem so. Veggies and meats are usually cooked or par cooked then layered in a mold. Cling wrap as a liner makes it easy to get out of deep molds. After layering the broth is added.
