Tonight I am making braised lamb shanks. Just winging it... Got 4 in the Ninja Foodi soaking in cheap red wine, beer broth, onions, garlic, and rosemary.

Bet ya it comes out ptetty Damn good!

Thanks he stole the contract from his brother that is what ticks me off
to call roof Dr make the family rift that much worse I do not talk to brother anymore he did the shaft when Ma died

I really like it. I can pressure cook a pork roast and veggies, then air fry them to make them crispy!
