I've noticed most people who hate water have texture or taste sensitivity. My middle child is like that, she drinks a lot of hot tea and needs the water to be super cold and full of lemon to drink it. She actually says water tastes sweet to her, she's tasting the minerals in the water. There's a also super tasters, those are usually people who can only eat a handful of things without gagging, it's a real condition. They have a special protocol for super tasters, I have not learned that just yet.
It tastes like everything and nothing at the same time. Maybe its just our brand (filtered cirty water because I refuse to pay for bottled water), but I only drink it flavored unless I have to.

Unfortunately I can't use the flavor packets after brushing my teeth at night do onlynplain water is allowed in bed
 
Can I just say I freaking hate drinking water? I need to remember to get flavoring packets next time I go to Wal-Mart

..I used them a lot too when I was starting to increase my 💩 but I am fine with plain water now as long as it’s good water!!! 😂
 
I would be extremely sick if I ate that little. It was a good size for me. I was full but not sickly full or anything like usual and I’m only just now starting to get hungry again. It was also healthy stuff instead of my usual junk which I would have been snacking on if I hadn’t eaten :confused:
That looked like way too much food for one meal for anyone.
You should work on eating little less. Less is more.

It takes practice... The more often you practice eating a little bit less the more normal it will feel/become to you.
 
Extremely sick is a little nutty. Don't tell yourself that and you won't feel sick by eating smaller portions.
You'll never lose weight if you continue to eat a shitload of stuff each meal.
A trick I’ve learned is to take smaller bites and chew longer. Count to ten with each bite while chewing. You will feel more satisfied because your meal lasted longer.
