🤚 I took my shoes and socks off...not my light weight clothes.
 
A lot has happened with me this year. I had to have another aneurysms CERT surgery in April or May and now I have to go in the hospital for what they call him or 80s every three months to see if I have more. I’ve been lucky so far but I go back January 28 for another one. So keep me in your prayers? I just wanted you guys to know that I’m OK !Webby! @webbysmeme, how have you been? :hugs
 
Maybe we can find something new and better to look forward to ❤️❤️ I totally get it though because I’m a huge emotional eater and of course it’s always bad stuff I go for but not this year but yeah.
I need all the help I can get with my diet and controlling my weight. I’ve gained 60 pounds that I lost I’m sorry 30 pounds that I lost +10!
 
Ok, I'm in on this. My goal is to drink more water --and fluids in general-- and eat fewer sweets.

I have some holiday chocolate on hand right now, and it's going to be one piece/day until they are gone. The unopened ones can stay that way.

Goals:
No more than 2 cups of half-caf coffee
2-3 24 oz bottles of water (that's what my water bottle holds)
1-2 bottles of homemade kombucha
 
If you guys are serious about the weighing yourself thing, do it right. In the morning, after you've gone to the bathroom, be naked. Before your shower and before breakfast. Make sure your scale is in the same spot every time. Even moving it a few inches can matter, trust me. Weighing yourself during the day or at night gives inaccurate results. The water you drank and the food you ate will make you weigh more. Do it right, do it often. A lot of people will weigh themselves every day, then take a 7 day average. During the month matters to us ladies too. We do bloat certain times, take it as it is and keep doing the extra
