My goals:
0-little beer (or rum (or whiskey😔)
Do more extra- really start hooping again because I loved it.
Christmas chocolates and junk food are almost gone. Not touching anymore of that, and usually don't keep junk in the house most other times, even less - zero junk.
Improve my eating habits for physical AND mental health, add more raw foods and fish.
Take a multi-vitiman DAILY + omega 3, vitaminC, and B12.
Drink water. Lots of water.
Start an actual program to get me going.
