Ok, my alarm is set. I did a 30 min circuit with squats, trampoline, cheater push ups, and jumping jacks. My kids were super into it, we do a lot of group exercise and play sports, but they really seemed to like the musical chairs aspect of switching stations to a timer lol. I cook everything from scratch and grow about half of what we eat, so diet is good overall, I just need to focus on portion control, that's my goal. I haven't been following my intermittent fasting protocol since my Husband got back so I'll plan on getting back to that next week once I plan out my exercise routine and get used to tracking food a bit more.

If you guys are serious about the weighing yourself thing, do it right. In the morning, after you've gone to the bathroom, be naked. Before your shower and before breakfast. Make sure your scale is in the same spot every time. Even moving it a few inches can matter, trust me. Weighing yourself during the day or at night gives inaccurate results. The water you drank and the food you ate will make you weigh more. Do it right, do it often. A lot of people will weigh themselves every day, then take a 7 day average. During the month matters to us ladies too. We do bloat certain times, take it as it is and keep doing the extra
Regarding moving your scale...
Mine looks like what Kiki has and with it, each time you move it it will take its own weight along with yours. So you need to step on, step off, let it zero out then step back on. This will give your true weight.
I figured this out after reading the directions because I kept thinking either my old scale was off or the new one was. 🤪

Okay, got my mini exercise in. 10 sissy pushups. Nothing amazing, but it's way more than I'm used to and I'm planning to increase slowly. I'm thinking I'll do some planks tomorrow. Those were always my favorite of the 3
Ticker earned!

I meant more like moving it to an uneven floor. But ok!
