I’m a savory snacker and enjoy beer. Nothing major but I love having a beer at the end of the day. I even started drinking the 55 calorie stuff.
One beer a day is fine. It has been proven that having one ounce of alcohol daily is healthier than not drinking at all. But not drinking at all is healthier than binge drinking or heavy daily drinking.
 
Doesn't matter. Go to bed now. This is just one tiny step in developing healthy habits.
Yeah that’s true although I will just be lying there wide awake anyway 😂😭 but I think I will try because it’s the idea of it. I’m actually starting to get tired now even just talking about sleep and have now begun yawning, oddly, so maybe this is working 😂🤣🤔 I better find out now.
