One beer a day is fine. It has been proven that having one ounce of alcohol daily is healthier than not drinking at all. But not drinking at all is healthier than binge drinking or heavy daily drinking.I’m a savory snacker and enjoy beer. Nothing major but I love having a beer at the end of the day. I even started drinking the 55 calorie stuff.
