Yuck. I couldn’t put that stuff in my body regularly without feeling gross or immense guilt.Yes. I know a guy who doesn't drink water, only Dr pepper. Another girl who has an entire bottle of Dr pepper every morning. I know quite a few people who eat chocolate every night. And there's people around here who eat chips with most meals.
I need caffeine to function. I'll fully admit that it's an addiction now, but if I don't have a few pops or other caffeinated drinks a day, my head starts killing me and I get real pissyAre there people that actually eat that crap daily?
Gotta shovel out the snow from the run. Then will probably scoop out the bedding in the coop and the quail house. Then will go sledding!Let's win today...some how. Make time to.![]()
New Years Resolution? Cut it out?I need caffeine to function. I'll fully admit that it's an addiction now, but if I don't have a few pops or other caffeinated drinks a day, my head starts killing me and I get real pissy
Or switch to some other drinks that aren't as bad as soda but still have caffeine.New Years Resolution? Cut it out?
It will be hard at first… You’ll have some withdraw symptoms… but it will get better. It just gets harder before it gets easier.
Your extra daily could be- have one less caffeinated drink per day each week than the previous week.
