Is it a video you watch each day?
The main challenge sends daily email with recommended workout video….the 10 minute abs is one video in the collection. A few people have always added it to their daily workout. They just made it an “official” side challenge this time
 
Doing two sets of 20s this morning. He noticed the struggle and came in to help…

Facts! I went gluten free and as an Italian through my grandma (my mom was adopted) it was hard to cut pasta, but edamame pasta IS SO GOOD like it literally tastes like whole wheat pasta and like it has 24g of plant based protein PER SERVIN like u cant go wrong. It fills you up so fast too.View attachment 2949515
Going to give this a try!
