Same thing with juice. Look for 100 percent juice or else your getting added sugar.

Juice is right up there with soda.
You shouldn't really drink it regularly.

I’m using my iPad for the google shhets…not seeing any emoji file. I’m happy with my N. I can change the color for variety. Or even start a word message…

@EmmaRainboe When you get a minute will you please take a screenshot while viewing a Google sheet and circle the thing that nanners would click on to get to the emojis?

Just did my extra today. Knees were sore from kneeling in the basement so I did 10 of the wall pushups

These are my regular everyday numbers.
I'm going to step it up and try to make sure that I get over 15,000 steps each day and no less than 1 hour of active minutes.
