Just throwing this out... Here's something that has helped me when I want to eat everything in sight.

1. Eat some dried apple slices. (Home made, no sugar.)
2. Drink about 12 oz of water.
3. Distract myself for about 15 minutes.

The apples are sweet, and they soak up the water and swell, making me feel full. Fuller. Full-ish. The 15 minutes helps me to get ahold of my will power, or whatever I need to say no to the gobs of sugar that I wanted to eat.

If it doesn't work, I do it again.
There’s a recipe for apple treats…..not sure if it will work same with dried but try shaking them in vanilla protein powder and cinnamon
 
Have you ever thought about putting your Fitbit in your sock?
I don't recognize this Fitbit clip but there was a time that my band broke on my Fitbit and I just stuck the face of it down in my sock and wore it like that for a while.
I believe that's actually part of the reason I figured out the Fitbit is more accurate by wearing it on the ankle instead of the wrist for ME.
I’ve actually never tried wearing it in my sock, but one of my coworkers swears by it. I usually clip it to my pocket at work, and wear it on my wrist the rest of the time. I’m always afraid I’ll lose it lol. I’ll try it today and see how it goes :)
 
So how terrible is canned fruit? I'm just asking because when I look at the lable, they include the syrup in the facts and I don't drink that, I only eat the fruit.

I know it's not nearly as healthy as fresh stuff, but does avoiding the syrup water at least make it a bit better?
You can try canned fruit in juice instead of syrup…..baby steps!!!

Look for fruit packed in juice not syrup.
If eating canned fruit gets you to eat some fruit instead of a candy bar or something similarly as bad then I say go for it.
 
No. If you must buy canned fruit buy it in the juice and not the syrup.
Instead of eating a can of fruit why don't you reach for an apple each time.
An apple you don't even have to cut up or nothing just grab it and bite it.
Because canned fruit at my store is easier to store and lasts longer. I don't have to worry about it looking fine and then practically rotting because put it in a wrong spot on the counter.

Plus I'm just not a huge fan of most fresh fruits or berries.
 
That sounds really good!
Another good one (that I’m thinking of having tonight) is mixing a tbsp of peanut butter and/or chocolate protein powder into plain Greek yogurt! You can put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to make it more like ice cream

Try buying some fresh blueberries and keep them in the freezer. Eat them frozen..they are great for a sweet treat craving.
