There’s a recipe for apple treats…..not sure if it will work same with dried but try shaking them in vanilla protein powder and cinnamonJust throwing this out... Here's something that has helped me when I want to eat everything in sight.
1. Eat some dried apple slices. (Home made, no sugar.)
2. Drink about 12 oz of water.
3. Distract myself for about 15 minutes.
The apples are sweet, and they soak up the water and swell, making me feel full. Fuller. Full-ish. The 15 minutes helps me to get ahold of my will power, or whatever I need to say no to the gobs of sugar that I wanted to eat.
If it doesn't work, I do it again.
