Hmm that makes sense. I think I would cause I’m trying to be different this time but then again maybe not and may run into the same issue of not wanting to go out. Plus that’s a good point about using it throughout the day. Or maybe I even use it while I watch my shows or read or something. 😁
How do u read and run at the same time

A gym membership is only going to be good if you would actually go. The nice thing about having the treadmill at home is you can use it in short intervals off and on throughout the day.
And if you cared, people stare at the gym. I loved going to the gym but it got too expensive

I was debating getting one or if it’d be cheaper to get a gym membership or whatever because some are only like $1 or $10 or whatever but idk. I do like walking with Brewster cause we go to nature y areas but sometimes I don’t feel like doing that
I can assure you that paying a gym a membership fee each month is not going to make you want to work out anymore than you do currently.
Do not waste the money.

Hi guys! I skipped a few. I'll catch up ASAP.

It might be cheaper if you find used equipment - like at an estate sale or after everyone who buys a new X flakes out on resolutions in a couple weeks.

Freaky Frankie! 🤚I like saying this in my head when I say your name.

Is this the machine you use?

I almost broke down and bought one for the mini for Christmas but then I looked at this crap that goes into them and changed my mind.

Fast walking is a good place to start. Just walk for 3 miles at a steady pace.

I personally don't like treadmills, they're quite a novelty when you first start using one but running whilst staring at a brick wall for half an hour is totally crap as far as I'm concerned. Just walk and once you feel confident, jog. It will not only benefit you but your dog will really enjoy it as well.
