Extra done for me today. Chest and triceps. Core done everyday. I need to work hard to get my 10,000 steps a day. I know that's easy for a lot of people but in the winter, I struggle with it. It's too cold and icy out most days to go for a walk. And when it's not too cold, it's muddy. I love the outdoors but I also like to stay safe and not slip on ice

I have a fireplace and didn't use it at all this year. I need to get firewood but I hate having it near the house. Seems like the danger noodles and nope ropes like to live in the wood stacks. And who wants to trudge out into the arctic wonderland to get wood every time you need it.
