🥳MY FIRST HATCH🥳 feat. Little Man and His Ladies

Well one of them is actually quite pretty, she's a Jersey Giant and California White cross, so she's all black with a big but trim body, and she has a huge comb and mottled legs. Then there's my "halfros" who were polish crossed with rhode island red, the hens were given to some friends, the cockerels were absolutely murderous, so they're cock-a-noodle soup.

I don't have pictures of them because I'm more obsessed with ducks, chickens kinda just annoy me at this point.

Hi people! I’m sure some of you have heard me obsessively talking about how I have chicks hatching and TODAY IS THE DAY! I woke up to screeching there’s a little soggy white chicken in there! There is six other potential hatches and 2 I’m 50/50 on. he Can stay in there for a day or some right? He’s been peeping and trying to get out by “pushing the sides“ with his body.

Hello, what breed is fluffy. I have what I think is a cross but she has your chickens comb and feather head dress..she is black with emerald and violet. I'm trying to figure what cross she is. She was a barn yard mix egg I hatched in Sept from a craigslist seller. Congrats on your chick

They're the best. They imprint so easily and will follow you around inseparably for the rest of their lives. I have tried so many times with chickens, they all just hate me tho
