I am brand new to chickens and chicken math hit me hard. Lol.
I have 12 baby chicks in seperate age ranges all in one brooder box. Its big enough they can all move around plenty, get warm when they need, cool down when they need. Ive noticed no excessive pecking at each other. And everyone jst seems happy. On this coming Sat my 4 buff orps will be appx 1 week old, the black stars 2 weeks, and the red stars & easter eggers 3 weeks old.

Now my question is, do I need to seperate them at all? When the time comes if I move my Red Stars and Easter Eggers out to the coop before the others, will they still be a reasonably happy flock seperated and when I bring the rest out? Do I risk any kind of fighting? Or should I jst keep all of them together until everyone is ready to go?

I would wait until the youngest was ready then introduce them all at once. There will be pecking order squabbles but nothing bad. If you separate them then have to reintroduce the youngest they will have these squabbles with the chicks that were released before them too.
