Looks like a black sexlink variation to me as well. They do start out small, but they grow quickly!

I just bought some black sex link pullets from tractor supply that look just like that. I also bought 4 chicks that look like that and they couldn't tell me what they were because they weren't marked. I've pretty much decided they are all black sex links.
