Hello to all, My wife and I have been raising chickens for years. We currently have 19, five 2 yr old hens and 14 1 week old chicks. We have of the adults 2 cream legbars, 2 mixed and 1 whiting true blue. We had a much larger flock but been hit hard by fox and hawks, thus the baby chicks. They consist of 2 whiting true blue males, 1 cream legbar male, 5 pearl-white leghorn hens, 5 amber star hens and 1 surprise chick. All this to say I hope to do some hatching once the chicks have grown.
My wife and I are both retired and grow vegetables for area restaurants while raising chickens and enjoying our 7 children, nineteen grandchildren and waiting on our first great grandchild a few months away. All this to say were old and glad to meet you all.
