I picked up my new chicks yesterday and this morning I have 15 out of 50 stargazing/falling over. Is there an exceptable number of loses when you have a large number of chicks? It is only my columbians and silver lace. Are they more delicate than other breeds?

scroll down to thiamine deficiency

It sounds like it is possible the feed the mother hens were eating may have been defiecient in thiamine???
