Last year I began hatching dozens of heritage Rhode Island Reds with the intent of culling down to those with the longest, most horizontal backs, with med. length black tales that where carried low, and having a tone of feathering that is a red that is as rich and dark as I can find. I still have a little ways to go on a few areas, but overall I am pleased with what I am now using as my breeders. This picture was taken last week while doing a little free ranging.

The incubators are full. No, FULL!! I thought I would share them with someone that might be interested.
