1 egg pipped hours ago!

I was unsure what to do as this is my first time to ever incubate eggs. When I asked around I was told it was not a problem to leave the Turner in.
Can I remove it with chicks hatching?
As long as the turner is OFF and you keep a very close eye, it should be okay......

BLRW chicks! Adorable little fluff balls!
We have 10 in brooder box with 15 left in incubator. All have pipped.

I had several that were infertile and 2 quitters

That stinks!! but still seems like a really good hatch rate. And sorry for deleting my post, reread it and thought maybe you meant 15 chicks still incubator rather than 15 eggs so then I was like well maybe I got it wrong about them being infertile or quitters and deleted it, feeling stupid ha
 
Yes I took out in groups
I did mist the incubator when I took chicks out to keep humidity high
