............9 week old Colored Range Broiler, dressed weight 3 lb 12 oz. Cooked day after butchering. Absolutely incredibly wonderful eating bird. Tender but with texture, not mushy. Can't wait til the rest go to freezer camp at 12 weeks.

what else did you serve with that beutiful bird?just tear me off a quarter and pass the cornbread,,while I roll up my sleeves,,
