Hello,
I've been a long-time reader, now first-time poster. I took in chickens from a friend back in October, but unfortunately the living situation has been too stressful for them due to a variety of environmental factors. I've decided that rehoming will be in their best interests.
I've rehomed one, and still have one remainder. Her name is Debbie, she's around 2 years old and is a leghorn I believe. She's a very smart bird (as far as I can tell), and has evaded hawks in our area very well. She lays gorgeous, large brown eggs 4-5 times a week. Very self-sufficient, loves to forage, and take dirt baths.
I will happily provide transportation of Debbie to her new home. She has been healthy the whole time I've had her, if not very vocal in her complaints with the decor. Please message me if you'd be interested or able to take in Debbie to your flock.
