1 missing hen and 3 missing juviniles what did it please help

i have a hen that went missing on monday night and 3 juvinile pullets that went missing on tuesday night there is no feathers and no hole for an arial predator to get in. please help i cant afford to lose any more birdsi have lost almost half my flock due to recent mink problems.

Is your chicken run totally secure? And there's absolutely no sign of struggle or blood or anything? Hmmm... I've never heard anything like this before...

i can not post pictures of the coop at the moment because of tech isues with my camera. the coop was not locked up and was not predator proof it does not show any sighns of a struggle i built a better door for that coop and another but it got too dark for me too finish the other coops. i think i got them locked up good enough for night time. i did set mink traps for the past couple weeks but didn't get any thing my racoon trap is baited with a raw chicken leg cutoff of a killed bird and bantam eggs. sorry i can not post pics. but i hope this helps. thank you for trying to help

it is also very close to woods and a drainige ditch witch is where the mink came from it is dry now and haven't had mink troube for almost a 12 days.

I guess if the coop wasn't locked and the area not predator proofed, we really don't need a pic. It doesn't really matter what it was that took the birds, you're now offering a free buffet until you get the birds secured

i got the coop secure last night and didn't lose any thing . what im trying to figure out is what just takes 4 birds without a trace so i can trap and relocate it. thank you
