1 not laying eggs

We have 4 chickens the same age. 3 started laying in the last 2 months. One chicken is skinnier and not laying- should we be concerned?

I would not be to concerned, she may be a bit younger than the others. Also if you live somewhere where the days are getting shorter she may not start until the spring.

Give a little high protein supplement like a few mealworms and if the days are very cold or short give a little extra light so as they get a good feed.

Some mature slower than others. Some just take for ever to start.
