1 of 4 silkie babies with weird wings

I have four silkies. All are white. One has had weird wings since it's wing feathers started coming in. They kind of point upwards. My other three do not. I have a comparison photo below. Powderpuff, Creampuff and Cloud all have flat silkied wings. Coco puffs swoop upwards. He is also more splotchy looking. I see more of his skin then my other three. I say "his" loosely, "he's" just larger lol. Is this concerning?
