1 pair salmon faverolles, 1 EE, and 1 Marans cross

I'm in bella vista arkansas at the moment. trying to get rid of a couple chickens and focus on a single breed. The salmon faverolles are about 9 months old?, Hen was a victim of some pecking and is waiting for her beard to come back in lol, the hen is a proven broody and the rooster is a really good guy, he stays back and never really interacts with people. the EE may or mat not be going through her first moult now, either that or i have a predator issue, she is about 9 months as well. she looks like a welsummer hen but lays a light blue egg. The last Marans pullet is stripped black and white with feathered legs/feet. only 4/5 months old, might be laying but i'm not positive. 20 each or 50 for them all. // I dont have pics currently but i will try to get some, I dont have a cell phone so its not something i can just go do //

None of mine have ever molted in their first year. (Except chicks getting their feathering).

I assume she is going into a molt, she just stopped laying and the rooster just molted at the same age.. I cant exactly ask her..

Maybe she stopped laying cause she knows she's on the auction block.

I should have said i suspected shes going into molt, she might not be though. I did just remember i have some eggs eaten last night by a opossum(i saw one in the back yard so i'm guessing it was him)

Well you can check her out to see if any feathers are missing or pin feathers coming in.
A predator will definitely stop the laying.
