1 week old chick with loose poop

My one week old (this past Sunday) EE has had a dirty bottom that I was cleaning up with the wet towel and had looked good for a day or two, but now she is having loose poops. Should I be concerned? Seems alert, eating and drinking and picking on the other chick per normal.
Anything I can do? Just noticed it today.

Is it brown and smelly. It may be cecal droppings. That freaked me out the first time I saw it. Do a search on here for fecal droppings.

Anyone else have thoughts.

It seems to happen daily at least once, some are good firm poops but a few times a day she has these runny poop that look like mud or chocolate pudding. Stinky too. Any thoughts?
