1 week old chick with spraddle leg.

My husband brought home 6 EE mixes and one of our little guy's right foot is splayed out and his left for has curled toes. I used a bandaid to bind his legs for 24 hours then removed it and he seems a little better. He's small but seems healthy otherwise. These are our first ever chicks so I'm a newbie.

Do I need to bind his/her legs again? Will it help? Is there anything that can be done about his curled toes?

You do need to keep the brace on his legs for at least one more day, maybe even two. This link explains everything I know, and I made a pipe cleaner foot brace out of mini pipe cleaner. He can't have other chicks with him when he has the brace on, because they will literally drag him around by it.
