1 week old chick with very strange wings

Iv got a week old buff orpington with three 2 week buffs, i dont seem to see them fighting or pecking eachother as they have plenty of space and a red heating lamp, but he has formed strange wings compared to the other 3. i dont think its pecking because it is the same on both wings.

also the little one has a small chance it is male, this morning i was lookin at him and it looked to be crowing, like puffing its chest out flapping its wings and making a loud crowing noise? is it possible he starts this early? iv not heard any of the other ones do this and i have had them since 2 days old too?

It's not pecking. I have 6 babies, 1&1/2 week old, and three of them have wings just like that. I think they are roosters. Never heard of one crowing that young.
