<1 week old chicks roosting?

Hi all! I have a little chick who is already taking naps on a chick sized roost. I was under the impression they wouldn't do this until 5 weeks old or so. Bad picture because it was taken though the netting of the brooder- if I open it they jump off.

I picked up these guys from costal on Sunday 2/27. It's only been 5 days

They'll roost as soon as the can, it's instincts
