That is so neat how your chickens are therapeutic for you. Many of us, including myself, say that too. When I was mourning the loss of a loved one, yes, I have family, but I bawled the hardest on the side of a chicken I was hugging.

There's no way I could work in a hatchery like you. If I did, we'd have to buy more property and build more coops lol.

Welcome! I spend most of my time rescuing cats or feeding them and I also raise chickens. Currently I have a rooster and 12 hens (one has 5 baby chicks!)and have a variety of breeds.I spend a lot of time on BYC since I got chickens and met a lot of wonderful people here!I do hope you find it as fun to be here as me!
