1 week old turkey poults with watery feces

I have two week old bronze poults that have watery feces. They seem to be doing a lot of drinking & some eating. They are other wise acting "normal". We are new to the whole turkey thing. We have had chickens for years. I'm just not sure if this is normal or not. They are on Purina's medicated Flock Raiser (20% protein). I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you!

If I am not mistaken, they should be on a starter ration with much higher protein than flock raiser: I believe the turkey starter is 28%. I don't know if this would be causing your issue or not though.

I'll have to see if I can find it. The feed store I go to didn't have a turkey starter just regular turkey starter. They recommended the flock raiser. I know turkeys need more protein. If I can't find the turkey starter would just regular game bird feed be a better option? I know where to get that. Thanks for the advice.
