Not sure about incinerated human waste but I do know that urine can get added to compost piles. "Human-ure" can be composted but I believe it is recommended that compost only be used on plants that will not be eaten.

What an exciting lifestyle change to look forward to! My family and I are also looking into moving and becoming more self-sufficient... aahhh to be homesteaders! Chickens are great for your gardens -I mean their poop is great. I would recommend using deep litter (without DE) in the coop (and/or covered run area) to start your fertilizer plan. It'll take about a year to get your first good batch of compost but it's totally worth it. DE is ok for dust baths though, just not for compost. I'm not sure what to do with the toilet ashes either... does the manufacturer have recommendations?
