1 year into raising chickens

I have 9 hens and 2 Pekin ducks all in the same coop. I just hatched 6 chicks with a broody hen. 15 total chickens now. Chicks are 22 days old. I do have a question about one chick but not sure where to ask it.

My chicks are 22 days old and one of them has had a large crop right after hatching. It goes away in a few hours if I pull food but always comes back. She’s also not growing and just wants to be alone. She moves around on her own but never interacts with the other chicks. She chirps alot and the mother hen doesn’t seem to do much with her. Her crop gets so large you can see the food in it through her skin. But it will go away in a few hours if taken away from food. These are the first hatchlings I’ve dealt with. Is this ok or do I need to do more?

This one not growing, could either be a FTT (failure to thrive) which I don't think it is, or just a runt. Runts grow up eventually and may be smaller than the rest.

Baby chicks can engorge themselves to the point of it looking like it's something wrong. I'd tend to think this is what's going on with a chick so young.

Housing chicks with ducks can lead to problems, such as is there clean water for the chicks? Are these chicks free-ranging with mom? Assuming so, so they would be getting grit.

I would try making them a shallow dish of wet crumbles and give the ducks their own dish as they'll love it too.

Yes the chickens and ducks have their own water. I change it daily. The chicks are on medicated chick feed but it’s hard to keep the hens out of it. They all have grit and I watched the slow one eat some yesterday. There’s also two pools for the ducks that the hens drink from. Water changed daily. They have their own pin they go to to drink and eat at night. This one in particular just don’t seem to be doing anything her siblings do.
