1 Year Old Turkey

A farmer is selling Narraganset turkeys 1 year old for $30 each. Is that to old to roast, they are Toms.

That is good to know. What would be too old? I know people hunt turkeys and some will get old and young. Curious to know the best age for a meat turkey weather wild or farm raised. I'm sure each would be quite different.
