1 Yr Bantams - Help Identifying & Mystery Greenish Egg?

its a big single comb that folds or flops over on itself. But if you pick it up you can see that it is a single comb. some breeds have this happen all the time others not so much

Yeah just looked at the other picture and it does look like a flopped over comb.

I read an older post (2009) on BYC regarding the crested cream legbars and how rare they are in the US, usually only find them in the UK. Is this still true today? They are supposed to be 1 yr old, and I have only had 2 blue/green eggs since I got them a week ago, so they must NOT be great layers! Fun to watch though

when you move a bird it tends to throw off their laying cycle for a few weeks. Give them a few weeks to get comfy at your place and pick back up on the laying. I don't think they are that rare anymore (Greenfire I think brought them in awhile ago) There should be a newer legbar thread on here that could help you out with them if you want
