1 yr old Hen not behaving normally without any other obvious symptoms of illness

I guess it could be possible....they free range during the day with sheep and goats. Not sure what but perhaps. Any thoughts on what the vet said about her feet curling when I put her down? Once she's down she has no trouble walking?
This could hint to a vitamin deficiency or viral infection like ALV or Marek's Disease. Was she vaccinated against Marek's Disease?

Worms also can lead to neurological issues, so after finishing the Safeguard course, you could up her Vitamin B complex and Vitamin E.

Yes, they are all vaccinated

I would give her 1/4 tablet of human vitamin B complex crushed into a little water or food each day. Riboflavin is good for any deficiency causing curled toes. Are both eyes the same with large pupils and normal color? Does she seem to be able to see well?
