1 yr old leghorn hen with diarrhea not laying at all

I have 3 white leghorn hens that started laying just months ago. The problem is, one of them isn't laying. The other 2 hens lay an egg a day, but one of them just never lays. I've seen her laying once or twice but when she came out there were no eggs. Also, today I saw her sitting under the roosts (the opposite side of the nesting boxes) apparently trying to lay.
She has diarrhea, most likely coccidiosis, and we have been giving them amprolium for a few days. She is also less active and more docile.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Why does she have so much diarrhea and never lay?

She might have a problem to get the egg out, sometimes this happens even with the first egg if it is too big for the hen. This is a severe and life threatening condition that needs to be attended immediately.
